How does it work?

In a nutshell: TOOOO EASY

Once you’ve paid for your pass we’ll send you over your unique booking number and pin to log in online and book your buses. It’s super easy to pre-book your buses, just pop in the date and where you want to go from and to and confirm! We are the first ones to say that sometimes plans change and the beauty of Greyhound is you can cancel your buses easily.

Arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes before your bus is scheduled to leave {the address is on your ticket} and have a copy of your ticket {either printed or on your phone is fine!} and also your ID.

Jump on the bus after checking in with the driver and putting your case on board and its time to CHILL - do your thing and either watch netflix, catch up on sleep, read or write about your adventures from place to place. {we’re not gonna lie.. We have been very hungover on a lot of Greyhounds before!}. Once you are at your next location, jump off and sometimes if your lucky, your hostel will provide a shuttle bus to the hostel, if not get google maps up and get walking!

What can I bring:

Your luggage up to 20kg {this is important especially at brisbane as they will weigh your stuff}

You can bring bikes and surfboards for an extra charge

So big Sam sorted us for our East Coast trip with Frazer Island, Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef cruise. Up front about everything and let's you do what you want - told us about trips we could do in the RV ourselves for free too which was decent! He was even good enough to a send us a list ..

Sam is really helpful and is willing to answer any sort of question you may have. I enquired about a campervan in New Zealand and Sam found me lots of quotes and gave me advice on places to visit there too. At the same time I had received a quote from a company and the deal was good s..

So glad that we had Sam plan our trip for us. He gave us a rough unitary of our East Coast trip, whilst also sorting out our campervan, Fraser Island trip, Whitsunday and also Sky Dive. Made our travels really easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
