Sam was recommended to us by a friend after we needed some advice about renting a campervan and turned out to be the most helpful guy we've met so far. He wrote out a whole calendar guideline for us, gave us ideas for trips (some with his discounts!!) and told us about all the things we could do whilst travelling down the east coast.
He's only a message away and replies very quick. Getting us on the trips we wanted to go on, like Fraser Island, Whitsundays etc., at last minute and
within our budget. He's really helped us to have an incredible time travelling the east coast and is generally just a really nice guy.

Sam from RatPack is awesome! Really friendly, really helpful - he helped us organize our whole road trip, giving us suggestions about where to stop, where not to stop, where to camp for free, which tour companies to use - everything. He laid it all out on a calendar for us while we surfed with his boards. Then we came back and he helped us book a few things ahead of time. Awesome company. Check em out. 10/10 would recommend.Show Less
We booked our East coast trip with Sam and we can't thank him enough! We had minimal time in Australia (only 3 weeks!) and he managed to book us in for the Great Barrier Reef, a sky dive over Mission Beach, Whitsundays New Horizon tour and the Nomad's Fraser Island experience. Each of these trips were amazing and suited what we wanted perfectly.
Sam replied to all of our questions so quickly through Facebook. He is based at Byron Beach Resort and after meeting Sam, we can't recommend him enough! If you're looking to travel Australia or New Zealand head to the RatPack Travel team!Show Less
