The trip hits up both > Kakadu and Arnhemland National Parks. This is a very active trip which puts large emphasis on aboriginal culture – it involves camping, hiking and swimming at waterfalls.

We booked our Fraser Island tour and our Whitsundays tour with Sam from Ratpack. Sam took a lot of time (even after the shop would have been closed) to
find the perfect trip for us. We were very happy with the Cool Dingo Fraser and the Ocean Rafting Whitsundays tour. Thank you very much!
Sam was incredibly helpful and a thoroughly cool guy, we tried to book a boat trip from Airlie to whitsundays but alas, cyclone Debbie had different
ideas about how we should spend our time. Rather than being obstructive and making us go through a lengthy travel insurance process to reclaim
our money as I’m sure a lot of other more commercial agents would, he was really honest and gave us a full refund of what we paid, and then gave
us great advice and rates on our new plans here in Cairns. All in all a top guy, best travel guy in Byron, if not the whole of Australia €
Sam was stellar and helped make a custom itinerary in no time. I appreciated the completeness and follow through on his part to even take care of the
small details like bus connections. Thanks to him, I got a ride with another couple up the coast after we booked the same frasier island tour!
Sorted out the whole east coast (Fraser Island whit Sunday,Great Barrier Reef the ones we wanted)in one sitting. As we were in an rv he showed us other things to do while driving north to cairns which helped as a lot of other companies done 80 dolla day trips to where he told us to go for free. Good knowledge of hidden spots and where to explore as he’d done it previously. Broke down the price and showed us what our money was getting bit by bit which was good as we knew our total outlay immediately so we could budget for the next month. Other firms offered us pricier packages for the same trip and RatPack got us 4/5 nights in hostels as well in the price. (After the trips you’ll need a hostel to recover and also all the trips throw after parties so it’s advised to get a hostel) no complaints and chucked in an decent t-shirt! Cheers SamShow Less
