So big Sam sorted us for our East Coast trip with Frazer Island, Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef cruise. Up front about everything and let’s you do what you want – told us about trips we could do in the RV ourselves for free too which was decent! He was even good enough to a send us a list of free campsites we could stay at in our sweat box of an RV which was very helpful until we got to Gold Coast and started melting in it lol. Very good from RatPack and especially Sam, cheers bro. Even got some free t shirts which we promised to take some pictures in and totally forgot (apologies chum!). I would highly recommend coming to these guys to listen to some decent tunes in the wee booking room and get your trip 100% sorted – thanks for everything!

RatPack sorted us out for both fraser island and Whitsundays and we were not disappointed. Sam is a top bloke and is always up for a chat and will do everything he can to make sure you have a quality time, only booking you onto activities he has tried himself. Keep doing what you’re doing RatPack!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review because there are too many good things to say about RatPack Travel! I originally planned on travelling
the East Coast of Australia completely on my own without the help of any travel agents or companies until I stumbled across this cute little office
in Byron Bay… and I’m so glad I did! I wouldn’t call RatPack just any ol’ travel agency because if we’re being honest, most of them just try
to push everything they can onto you. Sam and his team are so dedicated in making your trip as memorable and awesome as possible but in the most
genuine of ways, it makes you happy you put your trip planning in their hands. Plus they are so accommodating if you change your mind about a particular
trip. You need a refund? Not a problem! Sam has handled everything for me with no issues or hassles of any kind. Thank you RatPack, you guys have
made my time in Australia better than I could have ever imagined. Next time I visit Byron Bay, your office will be my first stop to say hello 🙂
