Head to the OutBack to discover, 1 of our Top 5 favourites – & my (Sammy Boy’s) favourite spot! This place is EPIC – the huge sand Rock formation known as the ‘red centre’ – visit at sunrise and sunset to see the colours literally change in front of your eyes as the sand reflects the sun… It’s rusty red beauty makes it world famous for many reasons, and it’s said to be an ancient 550 milllion years old! Uluru is a sacred place to the indigenous Australians so respect here is a must RatPackers!
This tour will give you an awesome experience in the legendary Outback of Australia, expect to have an adventure like no other on this tour as it takes you hiking through the Kings Canyon, camp in the bush, see stars like you’ve never seen before, share campfire stories, see the beaut Uluru not only at sunset but also at sunrise, learn about the aboriginal culture and history of the area and meet a whole bunch of legends!! You’ll be checking out waterholes, completing the base walk around Uluru, hearing stories from the ‘Tjukurpa’ Dreamtime and see Aboriginal Cave Paintings. This trip will push you out of your comfy comfort zone as you’ll be camping out in the bush!
