Thanks to Sam, we had an incredible trip on the west coast! He helped us find the perfect camper for four weeks. Both price and customer service are
Big thanks to ratpack <3
Ratpack travel is not just a travel agent. Jake and Sam at ratpack are impossible not to be friends with. In addition to helping us book skydiving, they also lent the surfboards to us and helped us surf in their spare time. They invited us to a barbecue they arranged and followed us out to show us Byron Bay.
Sam is literally the most helpful genuine person I’ve ever met. He actually cares about you having a good time rather then just taking your money.
If you want someone to help you with your experience who will give you the right and honest information use these guys.
Sam was incredibly helpful and a thoroughly cool guy, we tried to book a boat trip from Airlie to whitsundays but alas, cyclone Debbie had different
ideas about how we should spend our time. Rather than being obstructive and making us go through a lengthy travel insurance process to reclaim
our money as I’m sure a lot of other more commercial agents would, he was really honest and gave us a full refund of what we paid, and then gave
us great advice and rates on our new plans here in Cairns. All in all a top guy, best travel guy in Byron, if not the whole of Australia €
